Salary: $12.00-14.00

Senior apartment community in need of a skilled maintenance professional. Experience with apartment maintenance and experience working with seniors is preferred but not required.

Primary responsibility is to maintain the physical appearance and integrity of the apartment complex, inside and outside. This involves the day to day, recurring, periodic or scheduled regular or preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with:

• Completion of daily work orders and necessary follow-up.
• Ensure all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to “market ready” condition in a timely manner.
• Maintain the systems for the complex, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Respond to all resident and staff needs in relation to the maintenance of the apartment complex.
• Participate in all inspections of apartments and property.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass criminal background check.
• Must have desire to work with seniors in an environment that upholds their privacy, dignity, independence, and individuality.
• Professional and dependable
• Must have ability to climb ladders, bend, squat, stand, lift heavy objects, and perform physical labor.
• General knowledge of HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and/or plumbing preferred.
