Office Coordinator

Outstanding opportunity for anyone who can provide a great customer service experience on a consistent basis. 

We are currently seeking an outgoing office coordinator for a successful, locally owned business in Lake City, FL. We are looking for someone who is efficient in answering phones, recruiting via social media, entering information into the system, answering multiple different questions through out the day, and other variety of things. This person needs to be motivated and interested in being an asset to the company to help grow the company. 

Here are some qualifications we are looking for:

  • Ability to answer phones and document or forward calls as needed
  • Greeting clients in person and on the phone professionally and courteously
  • Providing first-rate customer service to clients and staff
  • Social media experience (not required; can train)
  • General computer experience
  • Variety of other duties
  • Bubbly and personable 
  • Vocal and can be direct when needed

This position would work normal business hours, M-F 8am-5pm. Pay rate depends on experience between $15 per hour to No Cap on pay depending on Experience.
