• Ability to meet customer specifications and ensure quality control
• Familiarity with preparing materials for shipping

Responsibilities:

• Manage the assembly of raw materials into batches for the production process
• Oversee the mixing process to meet customer specifications
• Process compounds according to customer requirements
• Prepare materials for shipping
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Provide oversight, direction, and training to employees on written work instructions
• Utilize strong computer skills for various tasks

Compensation:

• Starting wage: $20 - $23 per hour based on experience
