Express Employment Professionals is searching for a service minded candidate to fill the position of Front Desk for one of our top hospitality clients. The front desk will perform many duties to ensure customer satisfaction and boost hotel productivity, while expanding and retaining customer base through in-depth knowledge of hotel services, products, and selling techniques. Full time and part time positions are available.

 

 

Essential Job Functions:

 

               

• Establish rapport with the customers

 

               

• Introduce prospective and current customers to the facility and services

 

               

• Ensure that guests are greeted in a professional and timely manner

 

               

• Scheduling  reservations and bookings

 

               

• Acknowledge/prioritize multiple customer demands to provide maximum customer service experiences to all customers

 

               

• Process all financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner

 

               

• Assisting patrons with any additional needs they may have

 

               

• Provide excellent customer service

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

 

• Starting at $10.00-11/hr (DOE)

 

 

• 30-35 hrs/wk

 

 

• Exceptional listening and communication skills

 

 

• Exceptional telephone skills

 

 

• Be able to work evenings and weekends

 

 

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication
