CNC Machinist

Job Description:
Build efficient parts by following set-up sheets and designated programs for part being built. Follow guidelines of proper protocol on how parts need to be "machined".

Duties:
Ensure that CNC equipment is properly being utilized.
--This includes but is not limited to keeping "spindles" turning at all times except when quality and set-up's prevent it from happening (includes equipment failure).

Ensure workmanship.
--Includes deburring parts at all times unless cycle times, set-ups, and quality, prohibit it from happening. In the case that deburring cannot be done the Lead Machinist must be notified during production. Workmanship includes handling of company tools/tooling.

Ensure Quality.
