Event Manager

Located in Schenectady, NY

Salary: $20-22/hr.

Pay Rate:

• $20-22/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate corporate and private events from planning to execution
• Recommend rental equipment and accessories for events
• Communicate event details and contracted services to internal departments
• Coordinate outside services as per client requests
• Maintain event documentation (quotes, reservations, etc.)
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal staff
• Produce computer-generated event layouts
• Ensure customer satisfaction during and after events
• Maintain event inventory and equipment reservation records
• Fill in for other positions to ensure smooth business operations

Skills & Experience Required:

• Forklift experience
• Minimum of two years of experience in sales/event planning
• Possess sales and customer relations skills
• Previous experience in event planning

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 PM, subject to change
