The multi-family estimating position consists of reading blue prints and determining the materials needed to supply a brand new apartment project. Estimators will be determining material requirements for commercial and residential door hardware, commercial and residential bath accessories, closet storage systems, miscellaneous hardware, fire extinguishers, access doors and hollow metal doors and frames. Seeking estimators that have hollow metal door and frame estimating experience and builders hardware estimating experience. Estimators that have word, excel, Comsense software or E-mullion software experience would be a plus. The job also involves additional duties including working on hardware submittals, creating door and hardware schedules, and project management work including project buyouts and management.
