Hours: 
8am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday - no weekends
Bilingual - A plus to be able to communicate in Spanish

Must have good data entry/typing skills
Duties: 
Working in an open setting at a desk/computer.
Mainly answering inbound calls, also correspondence via e-mail. Must be able to compose professional emails. 
We focus on quality of customer service provided to our dealers not quantity of calls made. 
Nothing is scripted. Must be able to think on your feet.
Checking account history, balances and taking orders.

Training: 
Training by working side by side with someone else.
Additional Info:
