Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable candidate to fill the position of Customer Service Representative for one of our top clients. The Customer Service Representative will fill the crucial role of ensuring that all customer complaints are resolved in a quick and orderly manner, while demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide information and services to customers
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, complaints and comments
  • Resolve customers service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money or other methods
  • Ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers problems
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation

 

Job Requirements:

  • Pay starts at $10.50/hr
  • 40 hrs/wk
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to manage conflict
  • ~1 year of customer service experience
  • Math skills
  • Money handling experience preferred
