Claims Processing specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Claims Processor to join our team at a leading third-party insurance claims company specializing in alternative healthcare providers such as Chiropractic, Naturopathic, and Massage therapy. In this role, you will primarily handle inbound calls related to insurance claims and provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers and policyholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming insurance claims accurately and efficiently within established timelines.
• Review and verify completeness and accuracy of claim submissions.
• Communicate with healthcare providers and policyholders to obtain additional information as needed.
• Investigate and resolve claim discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service during inbound calls.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of claims processed and actions taken.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and resolution of claims.

Additional Information: This position involves handling a moderate volume of calls, approximately 20-40 per day, in a supportive and training-focused environment. We offer comprehensive training on our internal systems and procedures to ensure your success in processing claims effectively. This is an inbound-only role, focused solely on assisting alternative healthcare providers with their insurance claims and related inquiries.
