This person will be responsible for recruiting qualified individuals and placing them with local client companies. The Ideal candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:
· Ability to recruit for variety of industrial and office positions
· Interview and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
· Negotiate fees and conditions of employment between clients and candidates
· Maintain current client relations
· Increase client base
· Daily Marketing and Recruiting Calls
· Sales (Experience with making outbound sales calls PLUS)
· Good Time Management
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Administrative Skills
· Strong attention to detail Desired
· Positive, upbeat, and friendly -Can Do- Attitude
· Customer service or Hospitality background is a strong PLUS
· Willingness and aptitude to learn quickly
· Must provide good work history including references, be self-motivated, work in a team environment or individually.
