Additional Paid Holiday Break
This benefit is calculated from the time of your first assignment for Express. After that, the benefit is determined using the schedule below. The "Hours Worked" section referred to in the schedule below does not include overtime. The schedule is:

Additional Paid Holiday Break Pay Rate
Pay for a holiday is in accordance with your current rate of pay and scheduled hours per day and in accordance with the appropriate award or industrial instrument applicable to your current assignment. If Express Employment Professionals requests you to work on an Additional Paid Holiday Break day and you agree, you will be paid according to the overtime rates of the appropriate award or industrial agreement.
